Shipping Policy
There may be delays in shipping due to COVID-19.

Once you place your order, your package will be shipped within 1-3 days.
After leaving my facility, products are typically delivered 3 - 20 business days.

Germany: within 3 - 4 days
Europe: within 4 - 7 days
International: within 15 - 20* (Orders may be subject to taxes and duties upon delivery)

Orders are shipped through the following postal provider: DHL

Once an order leaves the office, I am unable to control how it is handled by the carrier (that includes loss, damage, theft of packages/items or delays in delivery).

*Please also note that orders being shipped to the US or internationally may be held at your local postal facility pending payment of taxes or additional fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. In that case, please reach out to your local postal carrier.
Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. I do not accept return or exchanges.

If an item is damaged, or you have any concerns with your product(s), please email me a photo and a description of the concern within 7 days of receiving your order and I will do my best to assist you as soon as possible. Please email me within 7 days of receipt by filling out the contact form.

To cancel an order, please email me by filling out the contact form immediately as I cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order. If you wish to change the shipping address of your order, please email me by filling out the contact form with your order number and updated shipping address as soon as possible. I am unable to make any changes to your order once it’s been shipped out.
Kindly understand that I am unable to make any changes to your order once it’s been shipped out, this goes for cancellation and address changes. Please reach out to me with all information regarding your request and I will do my best to accommodate.
